Scott Diamond, partner of Sacks, Weston, Petrelli, Diamond and Millstein, is an award-winning, Trial Attorney certified both nationally and by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Diamond, a seasoned litigator, directs the firm’s Personal Injury department.
Scott Diamond practices trial law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the federal courts. He is a Civil Trial Attorney and certified by The National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. He also received his LL.M. degree in Trial Advocacy. He is a former Board member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Diamond earned his J.D. from The Delaware Law School in 1985, and went on to earn his Masters of Law in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University School of Law. Prior to joining Sacks, Weston, Petrelli, Diamond and Millstein, Diamond founded and served as managing partner of Diamond Law, a practice specializing in personal injury cases. Under his management, Diamond Law collected over $20M for its clients. Mr. Diamond opened his own practice with the goal of providing quality service to every client and delivering the best outcome possible for every case, and operates with the same approach today. Mr. Diamond has represented numerous high-profile cases in State and Federal Courts. In addition, he has been named a Top Attorney of South Jersey, a Super Lawyer, and a Top Rated Lawyer in Personal Injury Law by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell.
